使用条款
本条款适用于 iOS 应用 maskable（下称「本应用」）。下载、安装或使用本应用即表示你接受本条款。
1. 许可协议
本应用通过 Apple App Store 分发，其许可条款以 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（Standard EULA）为准：
本页其余条款是对上述协议的补充。两者冲突时，以 Apple 标准 EULA 为准。
2. 订阅与购买
本应用提供以下付费项目。实际价格按你所在地区的 App Store 定价显示在应用内的购买界面上，本页不重复列出，以免与地区定价不一致。

2.1 付款
确认购买后，费用由你的 Apple 账户支付。
2.2 自动续订
订阅会在每个周期结束时自动续订，除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续订。续订费用会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从你的 Apple 账户扣除。
2.3 管理与取消
你可以随时在设备的「设置 → 你的姓名 → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅，也可以在本应用的「设置」页进入同一界面。取消后，当前已付费周期内仍可继续使用，到期后不再续订。
删除应用不会自动取消订阅。
2.4 终身版
终身版是一次性购买，不会续订，也不会产生后续费用。它与你的 Apple 账户绑定，可通过应用内的「恢复购买」在你的其他设备上启用。
2.5 退款
所有交易由 Apple 处理，退款同样由 Apple 依其政策裁定，本应用无法代为受理或退款。请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 提交。
3. 功能说明与免责
本应用是一款在设备本机运行的截图隐私处理工具。请注意以下事实性说明：
- 隐私风险识别基于本机的文字识别与规则匹配，属于启发式判断，可能漏报也可能误报。它是辅助工具，不能替代你在分享前自行检查。
- 「隐形水印实验室」中的各项分析同样是启发式的统计观察，既不能证明水印存在，也不能证明其不存在，并且不提供任何移除能力。
- 对分享后果不承担责任：一旦图片离开你的设备，本应用无法追踪、召回或影响它的传播。
4. 你的内容
你导入本应用的图片始终属于你。本应用不获取其中任何内容的权利，也不会上传、保存或分析到你的设备之外。详见隐私政策。
5. 合理使用
你同意不将本应用用于违反所在地法律的用途，包括但不限于伪造凭证、篡改证据、规避他人合法权利。
6. 免责声明与责任限制
本应用按「现状」提供，在适用法律允许的最大范围内，不提供任何明示或默示的担保。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损失，我们不承担责任。上述限制不影响你在所在地法律下享有的、不可放弃的消费者权利。
7. 条款变更
本条款可能随应用更新而调整。重大变更会通过更新本页的生效日期体现。变更后继续使用本应用即视为接受新条款。

Terms of Use
These terms apply to the iOS app maskable (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept them.
1. Licence
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement:
Everything below supplements that agreement. Where the two conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs.
2. Subscriptions and purchases
The App offers the paid items below. Prices follow your regional App Store and are shown on the purchase screen inside the App; they are deliberately not repeated here so this page cannot fall out of step with regional pricing.

2.1 Payment
Payment is charged to your Apple Account on confirmation of purchase.
2.2 Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
2.3 Managing and cancelling
You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or from the Settings screen inside the App, which opens the same panel. After cancelling you keep access for the remainder of the period already paid for.
Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
2.4 Lifetime
Lifetime is a one-time purchase. It does not renew and incurs no further charge. It is tied to your Apple Account and can be enabled on your other devices with “Restore Purchases” inside the App.
2.5 Refunds
All transactions are handled by Apple, and refunds are decided by Apple under its own policy. We cannot process refunds on your behalf. Please use reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. What the App does, and what it does not
The App is an on-device tool for handling privacy in screenshots. Please note:
- Privacy risk detection runs on-device using text recognition and rule matching. It is heuristic and can both miss items and flag things that are not sensitive. It assists you; it does not replace your own check before sharing.
- The analyses in the Hidden Watermark Lab are likewise heuristic statistical observations. They cannot prove that a watermark exists, nor that one does not, and they provide no removal capability.
- We are not responsible for the consequences of sharing. Once an image leaves your device, the App cannot track, recall, or influence where it goes.
4. Your content
Images you bring into the App remain yours. We acquire no rights to them and they are never uploaded, stored, or analysed anywhere outside your device. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for purposes that break the law where you live, including forging records, tampering with evidence, or circumventing the lawful rights of others.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no warranties of any kind, express or implied, are given, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live.
7. Changes
These terms may change as the App is updated. Material changes are reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.
